We had an amazing experience catering from Banjara for my daughter’s Sweet 16! It was a pleasure working with Jaspal ji and Puneet ji, who went above and beyond to help us curate a special menu that all our guests would love. The food was absolutely delicious, and the highlight of the evening was the paneer tikka—every single guest raved about how soft and flavorful it was, and even weeks later, they are still talking about it! Jaspal ji was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring that everything—from the menu selection to the timely delivery and proper serving—was handled seamlessly. We couldn’t have asked for better service and food. Highly recommend Banjara for any event!
Punjabi Style Cuisine makes this restaurant stand out because of the taste and style of the cooking, but also because there are too many Andhra style Cuisine restaurants in the region now.

I recently dined at here, and it was an absolute delight for North Indian cuisine lovers. The Tandoori Fish (they serve Salmon and Pomfret) was the highlight of my meal—perfectly marinated and grilled to perfection, with just the right balance of smokiness and spices. Equally impressive were the mushrooms, which were cooked to a tender, flavorful finish, making them a must-try starter.
The chicken 65 and Butter Chicken was another star on the menu. Its creamy, rich gravy paired beautifully with the fresh naan they served, and the chicken was incredibly tender. If you’re a biryani fan, their North Indian-style biryani is not to be missed. Fragrant, flavorful, and with just the right amount of spice.
For dessert, the Daal Halwa is an absolute revelation (had that for the first time) Warm, rich, and not overly sweet, it’s the perfect way to end the meal. The texture and flavor make it clear that a lot of love and attention go into making it.
Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying culinary experience!

We - 14 of us - went there for Friday Karaoke night. We had great time and everyone enjoyed appetizers as well as main course dishes. Veg and non veg Thaali had good size portion of each item and every dish was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I am out of state and after hearing raving reviews, decided to give this joint a try for a family dinner. After ages, truly enjoyed overall experience at Banjara Flavors of India in Ashburn VA with amazing food and prompt and friendly service during busy dinner rush. It is a gem for scrumptious North Indian fair. For appetizers we got Dahi puri, pani puri, palak chaat, raj kachori, and soya chapp tikka and everything was absolutely delicious. For dinner ordered entries for the table : malai kofta, Punjabi kadi, paneer makhni, dal tadka, butter chicken and chicken biryan with assorted naans, roties and parathas. Finished the meal with rich classic desserts such as Gajjar halwa, moong dal halwa, and rasa malai. Not to forget thoughtfully crafted cocktails and mocktails! Overall a wonderful experience in a family friendly restaurant. My absolute fav was soya chapp tikka. Can’t wait go back!
My husband and I love Banjara and any time our friends ask where to go for good Indian food, this is it! The dishes are consistently delicious and flavorful. Some of our favorites: Karari Palak Chaat, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Korma (any protein the sauce is amazing), Chicken Biryani, Palak Paneer, and Garlic Naan 😋. For drinks I love the mango lassi and salted lassi (very acquired taste if you’ve never had a yogurt drink before). Dessert favorites are their Gulab Jamun and Saffron Kheer. The ambiance is spacious and traditional. PS: be prepared for a wait on the weekends for the buffet… it can get busy. The buffet is such a good deal for the quality, variety, and quantity of food you get. Also if you get Jefferson as your server, you are in good hands… He’s our favorite!
